Select Truckers Plus' goal is to furnish temporary and permanent qualified drivers on demand. Our drivers have at least one year of experience, current medical card, and are enrolled in DOT drug-testing programs.

We handle all workers' compensation insurance, vacations, holiday pay, family insurance, and payroll issues. This means that you get the best of both worlds — good drivers at minimum expense.

By using our payroll service, you ELIMINATE:

  • Liability for workers' compensation, possibly lowering your own company's experience modifier.
  • Liability for state and federal unemployment compensation costs and claims.
  • Cost of payroll administrations form W-4s to W-2s.
  • Liability for all FICA and other withholding taxes.

Select Truckers Plus has made a commitment to understanding our customers' needs. We strive to place qualified drivers with all of our customers. All of our drivers meet the following minimum requirements:

  1. Current and valid driver's license to match the vehicle driven
  2. Current copy of Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  3. Passed a pre-employment drug test in accordance with FMCSR regulations
  4. All enrolled in Select Truckers Plus Drug and Alcohol Awareness Program
  5. All drivers have a level of recent, verifiable commercial driving experience based on license type:
    • Class A and B-CDL drivers have a minimum of 1 year
    • Non-CDL drivers have a minimum of 6 months for vehicles in excess of 10,000 GVW
    • Minimum age for CDL drivers is 23 years old; minimum for Non-CDL drivers is 21 years old
    • All CDL drivers have a current DOT physical
    • Documented and verified driver qualification file
