1 year verifiable driving experience in CMV
No more than two (2) speeding tickets within the last three (3) years
No excessive speeding in a commercial vehicle
No more than a total of three (3) moving violations within the last three (3) years, personal or commercial
No more than one (1) “at fault” accident within the last three (3) years
No reckless driving
No DUI within the last five (5) years
No more than one (1) suspended license for non-payment of ticket within the last three (3) years
No more than one (1) suspended license for non-proof of insurance within the last three (3) years
No drug related or violence related MISDEMEANOR Charges
NO FELONIES
